New Television Centre is a landmark development in West London. Now in the final construction stage, it sees the iconic BBC Television Centre building (originally constructed in 1960) converted and refurbished into new homes, offices and television studios, as well as incorporating restaurants, an independent cinema, hotel, gym and a branch of Soho House Members’ club.

The Television Centre location is extremely well connected, with the area easily accessible by tube (White City and Wood Lane stations are a short walk) or by road (the Westway and other main arteries are nearby). Oxford Circus is only 15-16 minutes away by tube on the Central Line.

Van Vynck have been providing Rodent Control measures since construction started on the new development and introduced an integrated bird management (IBM) program onto the site in 2016 to prevent feral pigeons becoming re-established onto newly completed external fetaures.

Now that the development is reaching completion Van Vynck has introduced a combined integrated program designed around non toxic pest control which will deliver effective and sustainable pest control across all aspects of the estate.
