Bird Control at the Sky Garden, London

We are currently working with Strawberry Star Management on one of their latest projects.

Strawberry Star Management was established in 2007 and are an international company, that offer a range of services including Development, Acquisition, Sales, Lettings and Management. Strawberry Management was founded by Santhosh Gowda who has over 25 years of experience in the property market at a global level. The company that has facilitated over six hundred million pounds in property investments.

The project is based in Sky Gardens in the heart of London. This is a residential building located in the Nine Elms district. It enjoys spectacular views of the city and across the river to beautiful sights such as Westminster and Canary Wharf. The Nine Elms district also includes such places as Battersea Power Station, The Netherlands Embassy, The New American Embassy and the new Covent Garden Market.

Van Vynck have recently set up an Integrated Pest Management Programme  for this site. Integrated Pest Management is an approach which is ideally suited to this project. It is an environmentally considerate and economic procedure for removing and controlling pests, deemed appropriate to discourage pests from multiplying and minimize any risks that may affect human health or the environment.
