Our Technician Paul and his trainer Chris was busy taking part in the London to Brighton 75 mile off-road bike ride last weekend.
Paul is a member of Mungkorn Dam Sidyudtong Mui thai boxing gym in Southend which is run by Chris Rawlings. All the Money they raise is going to help the children's schooling in Sidyudtong Chon-buri Thailand.
Over £500 pounds have been raised already and they will be going back to Thailand in November to see how the money will benefit the children of Sidyudtong. We are all very proud of their hardwork.
