Property management services company Broadgate Estates commissioned Van Vynck’s bird control team to rid the King’s Cross Estate of roosting and feral pigeons.

The bird control team employed the tried and tested technique of falconry to disrupt the behavioural patterns and rid the site of the nuisance pigeons, which were roosting on the estate.

The King’s Cross development is one of the largest in London, providing 3 million square feet of new workspace, half a million square feet of retail and leisure space, up to 2,000 new homes and a range of hotel, educational and leisure facilities across the estates 67 acres.
