The pest control team have been commissioned by Brookfield Multiplex to implement a pest control programme at one of London’s most prestigious addresses, The Glebe, in London’s Chelsea.

The Glebe scheme will boast six top-end apartments, a duplex penthouse and two large detached villas. The entire development is valued at a staggering £300m and could well take the crown of London’s dearest address. The two villas included in the scheme are tipped to have an asking price of £35m each.
